Residential Garage Doors

We service and repair ANY residential garage door or garage door opener. Standard service call $99. We repair broken torsion and extension springs, cables, rollers, pulleys, wood or steel panel replacements, motor gears, or anything else that is required for your door and motor to operate efficiently.

Standard Service Call: $99 + Part costs (if needed).

Technician will advise on site if any appropriate parts or materials are needed to get your door in optimal working condition. Service call includes Dispatch, 20-Point Inspection and Diagnosis, Lube and Tune and Labor on most repairs and parts needed. Most repairs can and almost always completed on same visit saving you time and money.

COMMERCIAL Garage Doors

We service and repair ANY commercial garage door or garage door opener. Standard commercial service call $169 per door or gate operator. We handle any door that rolls up and gate openers!

Standard Commercial service call includes Dispatch, 30-minutes of Diagnosis, and Repairs that do not require parts. If additional time is required, it is an hourly rate of $280 per hour. This is based on labor and additional diagnostics that are needed to troubleshoot issues and make repairs on commercial doors and gates.

Panel Replacement

Over time, garage door panels can begin to warp, crack, or even break. Using a garage door with a damaged panel can cause further damage to the rest of the door. Call us as soon as you start seeing issues with a panel. We may be able to replace a single panel, saving the rest of your door.

If you need a new panel replacement, we will work with you to find the best possible match for your new panel.

Spring Replacement

Have you heard a loud pop, snap or bang? Garage door springs have a limited lifetime. No need to worry, in most cases a broken spring does not mean you need a garage door replacement!

We will come and replace your springs saving you the cost of further garage door replacement. After a spring breaks, the sooner you call the better.

Springs are rated on cycles (usage) of your door. If your door uses two springs and one breaks, it is best practice to replace both of them at the same time. This saves you money in the long run so you do not have to pay an additional labor charge for us to replace the second spring when it breaks (usually will break shortly after the first one snaps).

Spring parts are determined by your door’s weight and manufacturer. The technician on site will determine the type of spring you will need to purchase in order for your door to be lifted properly. This protects the door itself and makes your door easier to open. It also mainly protects your door’s motor so it is not putting additional pressure and tension on your motor making your motor last longer. Spring prices range from $89-$500 per Spring.

Estimate: Standard Service call of $99 plus the cost of spring replacement.

Roller Replacement

Does your garage door jerk when you open and close it? It is so loud you can hear it all around the house? Call us. Trained technicians will come out and discuss your options. There are several types of garage door rollers. Some with longer life spans and a more quiet operation. Whatever your need is: smooth operation, quiet operation, or both, we will install the best roller options for you.

Estimate: Standard Service call of $99 plus the cost of roller replacement.

Since doors can be very customizable, our technicians will go over the specific details about each door style and variations with you. They will measure your door for free so we have the right size when you are ready to make your decision. We also just don’t plug in and go. You can have the option for high, vertical, or low track to pair with your doors to make your garage space functional. Our technicians will ask you questions about your style, HOA requirements and your specific garage space specifications, to provide the right recommendations and insights on different track, and motors/openers to pair with your new door so you can have the garage door space you want.
