You Should Expect

1. Talk directly with the owner

Communication is very important to us.  Your first call will be directly with the owner and not an automated system!  (Jeremiah, the owner, is pictured above.)

2. Fair and accurate pricing

We charge the exact same amount to all of our customers.  We aren’t afraid to give you pricing over the phone, without even coming out.  Check the competition and then call us!  

All service calls are $69!    

3. Communication

Communication is very important to us! 

We will call you before our visit to confirm the time.

We will call you when we are on our way,

and we will arrive on-time.

4. Every Service call is with an experienced technician

We bring all of the necessary tools with us to every service call.  We will arrive on time and troubleshoot on the spot.

Our technicians are able to fix most issues in the same visit.  If fixing is not an option they will provide a quote.  Either way, they get paid.  So you will receive a no pressure quote with honest and candid advice.

For new doors, we bring our catalog and door samples with us.  It’s like having a showroom arrive at your doorstep.
